Exchange and Return Policy
All products purchased from https://www.ladystylefashion.store/ can be exchanged within 15 days only if:
The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) does not match the product's original specifications or is found to be different from what you purchased.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to infoladystylefashion@gmail.com or calling +353 89 481 7782
In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to Lady Style Fashion within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt, Lady Style Fashion shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice.
You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at infoladystylefashion@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
No Return and Exchange on Sale Items.
The product is damaged because of use.
The product has been tampered with.
Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
Lady Style Fashion does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
Lady Style Fashion has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - the item being out of stock, or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
