At Lady Style Fashion, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward exchange and return process. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Sale dresses are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

  • Sale dresses are eligible for exchange only, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges can be made for a different size or style.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued instead.


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be free from damage, stains, odors, makeup marks, perfume, smoke, or pet hair

🚫 Returns will NOT be accepted if items are:

  • Returned with pet hair

  • Returned in a worn, washed, damaged, or unhygienic condition

  • Returned without original tags

Any item received in an unacceptable condition will be rejected and sent back to the customer.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Ensure your item meets all return conditions listed above.

  2. Repackage the item securely to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Ship the item to the return address provided below.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

Once we receive your return:

  • Our team will inspect the item.

  • Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days.
